Federating bioinformatics research in Switzerland

The Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics is organised as a federation of bioinformatics research groups from leading Swiss universities and the Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology.

The research groups of the SIB are hosted by different Swiss academic and/or research institutions. The group leaders have a dual affiliation: they are members of the hosting institutions and members of the SIB.

The activities of the research groups range from genome and sequence analysis to molecular modelling. more
